Limits apply per school. An activity is each business line or discipline the school manages. A management account is each person who enters KAPAY to administer the school, equipment, rentals or shop. A rental item is each individually controlled unit of equipment. A shop product is each catalogue reference available for sale.

Low season is the normal continuity price when your school has less activity. Your price returns automatically to the high-season rate when activity starts again, so you keep your school, data and relationship with KAPAY active.

A few things to know

Before you join.

What does “without VAT” mean?

The prices shown are net prices. KAPAY adds 21% VAT to the invoice. For example, Pro in high season is €240.79 including VAT.

What costs during Early Access?

From 16 October 2026 to 28 February 2027, the monthly subscription is €0. Standard guided onboarding costs €199.50 one-off without VAT (50% off €399). From 1 March 2027, monthly billing starts on your chosen Basic or Pro plan.

What happens after Early Access?

From 1 March, you choose Basic or Pro and pay the published price for your season. There is no additional permanent Early Adopter discount.

What is the low-season price for?

It is the normal continuity price outside your main season. It means you can keep KAPAY, your data and your relationship with the school active without cancelling and restarting.

Can a new school still try KAPAY for free?

After Early Access closes, new schools can use the standard 30-day free trial for the subscription. Guided onboarding is paid separately.
